SureWind’s classed (IACS) approved vessels have excellent sea keeping capabilities and achieve high speeds in demanding sea states during transit as well as demonstrate a strong bollard pull while pushing at the the turbines. SureWind’s fleet is consistently achieving availability figures of close to 100% on contracts.
The fleet consits of the following three vessel categories:
– Cost efficient , high manouvrable 20m – Incat Crowther P Class vessels with a very comfortable accommodation area for the technicians. Their decks space and deck height has been very suitable for supporting ROV and Rope Access teams carrying maintainance and repair work at the turbines.
– Versatile ‘26m Damen Twin Axe’ vessels capable for working at very rough weather conditions with an impressive 90m2 fore deck space and 20t fuel tanks for extended operations.
– Superior ‘26m Nigel Gee StratCat’ vessels with CPP, capable to carry up to 24 technicians fuel efficient and at high speeds with a strong bollard pull to achieve transfers at ca. 2m significant wave heights.
